Our vison is far ahead of our industry , along with our company’s vision , our strong team and the technical knoweldge of our ARGE TEAM , we have been approved as an AR-GE CENTER by the Ministry of Industry and Technology since 2023.
As the ARGE team, we carry out many internal projects as well as state-subsidised KOSGEB and TÜBİTAK projects.
Our ARGE staff is consisting of 21 experts, consists of Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Electronics and Computer Engineers, as well as a multidisciplinary technical team such as Software, Design, Metal, Construction, Machinery and Electrical Technology.
As a team that attaches importance to academic support in all projects , we try to improve our existing skills by receiving advanced academic support within the scope of our ongoing projects.
Full Vehicle Type Approval studies are carried out by performing homologation tests resulting from the changes made with the 2nd stage vehicle production. In this context, ECE R13 Braking, ECE R79 Stering, ECE R66 Strength Of Superstructure, ECE R118 Burning Behaviour, ECE R107 Bus and Coach, 1230/2012/EU Mass and Dimension, ECE R48 Lighting, ECE R46 Mirror, R43 Glazing, ECE R100 Electrical Safety, ECE R10 Electromagnetic Capability etc. Many tests are carried out in order to keep up with our production demands.
In addition to the effects of changes made on basic vehicle structures on homologation, within the scope of our goals of producing much more efficient and comfortable vehicles in terms of technical and vehicle’s quality; We use all advanced engineering tools from design to simulation for Vehicle Dynamics, Static and Modal Analyzes, Aerodynamic Analyzes, Rollover Analyzes and Optimization Studies.
Range, energy, electromagnetic emission, .. brought by the World of Electric Vehicles, which TEKAYDINLAR is now involved in. Within the scope of solving the problems, Extraction of Transfer Functions of electronic components, Vehicle Modeling and Simulation studies are also carried out by our ARGE team.
